Drums

The drums are my fourth instrument. I play both acoustic and electronic drums. I used to own a Roland TD-7 electronic drum set which has quite a variety of sounds. In January 2005, I acquired a Tama acoustic drum set. I am pretty good at playing along with tracks or MIDI sequences.

Omni Colonnade - 12/23/2001 My Roland TD-7 electronic drum set worked out well in the Rotunda at the Omni Colonnade, a room with lots of marble and very tall ceilings, where the acoustics are challenging. We were able to pipe in the sound for the entire band (including the drums) through the house P.A. system there. (Photo by David)
